[HOW WE WORK]

Proven Process. Professional Results.

Our 4-step construction methodology has been refined across 500+ projects throughout Las Vegas Valley. From initial site walk to final inspection, we execute every phase with precision, safety, and clear communication.

Free Site Assessment & Consultation

01

Free Site Assessment & Consultation

Our process begins with a thorough site visit by a licensed estimator to evaluate soil conditions (caliche, rock, expansive clays), existing utilities, site access, and project-specific challenges. We measure the site, review any available plans or engineering drawings, and discuss your timeline and budget. Within 24-48 hours, you'll receive a detailed written estimate breaking down earthwork quantities, equipment needs, labor costs, and project duration. We provide expert recommendations on drainage, compaction specifications, and potential cost-saving alternatives. This consultation is completely free with no obligation to move forward.

Key Activities:

24-48 hour site walk scheduling
Licensed estimator evaluation
Soil condition assessment
Detailed written estimates
Budget & timeline discussion
Zero obligation consultation
Planning, Permits & Pre-Construction

02

Planning, Permits & Pre-Construction

Once you approve our estimate, we immediately begin the pre-construction phase. Our team handles all permit applications with the City of Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, or Clark County—whichever jurisdiction governs your project. We coordinate Blue Stake utility locates for all underground lines (water, sewer, gas, electric, telecom) and schedule any required pre-construction meetings with inspectors. For utility projects, we coordinate shut-offs and tie-ins with NV Energy, Southwest Gas, and municipal water/sewer departments. We create a detailed work schedule that accounts for material deliveries, equipment mobilization, inspection hold points, and weather considerations. All insurance certificates, bonds, and required documentation are submitted before breaking ground.

Key Activities:

Complete permit application & approval
Blue Stake utility coordination
Inspector pre-construction meetings
Utility company coordination
Detailed work schedule creation
Insurance & bonding documentation
Precision Execution & Daily Operations

03

Precision Execution & Daily Operations

With permits approved and utilities located, we mobilize our equipment fleet to your site. Our GPS-guided excavators, laser-leveling graders, and modern fleet execute your project with precision accuracy. Each day begins with a crew safety briefing covering site hazards, traffic control, and emergency procedures. Our A-12 licensed operators handle mass excavation, foundation prep, and precision grading to engineered elevations within 0.1-foot tolerance. A-19 licensed crews install underground utilities (water mains, sewer lines, electrical conduits, fiber optics) using proper bedding, backfill, and compaction procedures. We maintain daily progress logs, conduct compaction testing through certified third-party labs, and coordinate inspections at required hold points. Throughout construction, you'll receive regular updates via phone or email, and our project manager is always available to address questions or site conditions that arise.

Key Activities:

GPS-guided excavation equipment
Daily safety briefings (OSHA)
±0.1 ft grading accuracy
Third-party compaction testing
Coordinated inspection scheduling
Real-time project updates
Quality Inspection, Testing & Project Closeout

04

Quality Inspection, Testing & Project Closeout

As work progresses, we schedule all required inspections with city/county inspectors for trenches, utility installations, compaction, and final grades. For grading projects, we provide certified as-built surveys showing final elevations match engineered plans. Compaction test results (95% minimum) are documented and submitted to meet municipal specifications. On utility projects, we conduct pressure testing for water lines, camera inspection for sewer lines, and continuity testing for electrical conduits before backfilling. Final site cleanup includes removing excess material, grading disturbed areas, and restoring landscaping or paving as specified. We walk the completed project with you to ensure complete satisfaction, address any punch-list items immediately, and provide all documentation including permits, inspection reports, as-builts, and warranties. Our work is backed by our contractor licenses and comprehensive insurance.

Key Activities:

Coordinated municipal inspections
Certified as-built surveys
95%+ compaction documentation
Pressure/camera/continuity testing
Complete site restoration
